After 8 long years it was time to upgrade to a three seater sofa handmade to our specifications as we both have issues with our backs, being in our 60’s. We were warmly greeted by Dan who guided us through the maze of sofa choices, materials, colours, sizes, & firmness of the cushions. Wonderful service. I'm very tall and tried many other furniture stores but couldn't find a reclining chair that was comfortable. A recommendation led me to 'Known for lounges' and a salesperson led me straight to the chair I purchased. Definitely worth checking out this company.
Amazing! We had been looking for ages for the perfect lounge. We’d been to all the big name players ! The did not measure up! Went to see the team at Known for Lounges, they are the best ! Couldn’t been more helpful. Everything in the store was brilliant. The fact they can make something custom to fit your needs though ! Wow. If you are looking for the perfect lounge, stop looking you have found the place. The only sad thing is that there is not more locations ! They deserve to be a national brand ! Thanks so much team !
Fantastic service and we couldn't be happier with our made-to-measure lounge! All staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and the product received is exactly what we were promised. Most comfortable lounge we have ever owned, highly recommend to everyone!
Great team and great products. Extremely proud to be supporting small business that locally makes furniture with my purchase! Quality of the couch has been amazing! In love with it! We also got a side chair which is the best thing ever!
