I procrastinated over sofas for several years before working with Dan at Known for Lounges. I knew exactly what I wanted but I could never find the exact combination of features that I wanted in a pre made sofa. I was able to take a sofa on the floor in the showroom and customise the depth, the feet, the filling and the fabric and I ended up with the exact product that I had searched years to find. Amazing! We had been looking for ages for the perfect lounge. We’d been to all the big name players ! The did not measure up! Went to see the team at Known for Lounges, they are the best ! Couldn’t been more helpful. Everything in the store was brilliant. The fact they can make something custom to fit your needs though ! Wow. If you are looking for the perfect lounge, stop looking you have found the place. The only sad thing is that there is not more locations ! They deserve to be a national brand ! Thanks so much team !
Fantastic service and we couldn't be happier with our made-to-measure lounge! All staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and the product received is exactly what we were promised. Most comfortable lounge we have ever owned, highly recommend to everyone!

Known for lounges have been excellent. We brought 2 lounges from them which we could fully customise and change with no hassle. Aftersales service has been great as well with all our questions and assistance. We always get compliments when people come over and we can't recommend them enough. Thanks guys!
