I was unhappy with my SUVs seat on long trips. My Jeep dealer recommended this shop to change the foam into a firmer base. Now the seat is great on long trips . . . but, they covered the seat heater element with the foam instead of putting it between the foam and the leather the way it was before. When I picked up the car, I turned on the seat heater and it didnt warm up immediately; so I complained that he had not hooked it up correctly. To make a long story short, his response was inappropriate and incorrect (I had a 3rd party look at it), and he refused to acknowledge that he was at any fault whatsoever.I love the way the seat feels now, but I never return to places whose customer service consists of bullying the customer.
