Don't order anything from here they will send you stuff you do not request. I had to pay $14.65 to send it back.
Knowles Publishing contacted me with a pushy, relentless telemarketing salesman. I finally agreed to have them send me a publication based on their promise that I could return it without charge. Upon receipt of the package, I did return it. Now I am being relentlessly contacted by their collections department for a product I don't have and didn't want in the first place. Don't try to be polite with this company; give them a firm "No" then hang up. I have wasted too much of my time dealing with this unscrupulous company.
Scam company. It needs to be criminally prosecuted.
