Would advise to avoid using this firm a lot of mistakes and errors on their end when dealing with my grandfather's estate absolute joke
Excellent service, needed some documents attested and they were very helpful
I am currently using this firm for conveyancing and their customer service has been absolutely appalling. No response to emails, no return of phone calls and no updates for me as the paying client on the position of the transaction. All of the parties and estate agents involved are also getting no response. None whatsoever. Absolutely shocking and completely unprofessional. I cannot stress this enough DO NOT USE THIS FIRM FOR CONVEYENCING.
clowns.contacted them twice for a simple change of parties form .no reply from them.utterly useless.informed my mortgage provider to remove them from their approved list
