Today was my first experience! The staff was super friendly and super helpful. I got a great start in setting up my classroom!
The employees who work the evening shift could really sharpen their customer service skills. I came in 45 minutes before closing and didn’t feel very welcomed. The two employees just stayed behind the counter and didn’t even stand up whenever I came in. Whenever I asked about a particular item, one lady said, “we might have one.” I wasn’t directed to the item. The more I searched, the more frustrated I became.
