My kitchen counter from Knotty's is like a 3rd child. I love it. A lot 😉. It's like a beautiful living thing in our home. We developed a little crack that needed some TLC. George arrived, finished the top perfectly. From beginning to end and beyond our experience with Knotty's has been above and beyond. Thanks to everyone in the shop!!!
I have been trying to contact your company for nearly 2 weeks now - email, calling and no response. I gave you a deposit for the countertop and we finished getting a tile removed and are ready to move forward and now am not sure if they are even in business as I am feeling like they literally just stole my deposit of nearly 4K. I am beyond upset and if dont hear back from this will be taking legal action
Excellent customer service from start to finish! I'm so happy with my counter & Islan and the entire process from ordering, to how quickly it was measured and installed. I highly recommend Knotty's Woodwork! Great people to deal with and efficient!
One year after instal. Still delighted with our counters and Knotty's to deal with. Stains on occasion happen but most fad completely away in a short period of time and those that don't are easy to lightly sand away and refinish in just a few minutes. Now 12 months later they look as good as the day after they were put in!
