I ordered a training halter for my extra large Belgian. When my order was received, Leah called to make sure my measurements were correct and then again after the halter was made, she called for photos to make sure it looked correct before they sent it. The halter ended up fitting great and is well made! She even called a 3rd time just to check if it fit when I received it...all for an order that was around 20 bucks! Excellent customer service!
