I just have to praise Heather Savage for a minute! I’ve been suffering from sciatica for about a week. When I woke up this morning I was in so much pain I could barely get down the stairs. I spent an hour with Heather who is my longtime massage therapist through herniated discs, muscle spasms and just plain overworked muscles. Today I gingerly got on the massage table.
