Had a fantastic hot stone massage with Daniela at Knot Stressed. She was professional, attentive, and really knew how to work out tension. The warmth of the stones made a huge difference, and I left feeling much more relaxed. The space itself is calm and welcoming, which added to the whole experience. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
I had a pregnancy massage today with Julie. I am 34 weeks pregnant. And it has been the best decision ever. She was an absolute goddess. I am so grateful. The massage was exceptional and has made the last leg of this pregnancy enjoyable. Every step has been thought out. From the pillows, positioning. To a full body massage. Ending with the definitely needed feet! Again, I feel so lucky to have experienced Julie's exceptional skills. And highly recommend her to anyone. But especially those pregnant mummas out there. As a birthday present, I took my wife to KnotStressed to learn how to give her an Indian Head Massage practicing on her. I've not done much massage before but I had excellent tutelage and went through some basics that I have since applied at home to great effect. It has given me an excellent base to build on. My wife really loved it and felt so relaxed by the end she was almost falling asleep - I'd like to think it was a testament to my masterful yet beginners hands, but really it was the instruction.
