My partner and I recently attended Hypnobirthing classes with Daniela - what a lovely, informative and positive experience. She is so professional, the environment is very relaxing and both my partner and I have come away with so many fantastic resources to help our little one come into the world. Thank you so much! We are so excited, whilst also feel more relaxed and confident about the birth journey.
I had a fantastic deep tissue massage with Jo at KnotStressed. She really listened to the issues I came in with and tailored the treatment to help alleviate them. I also appreciated the clear, helpful summary she gave me on how areas of tension and imbalance she’d worked on were responding after the treatment. Couldn’t recommend KnotStressed Therapies enough — their therapists are brilliant.
Cannot recommend Julie enough for an antenatal massage. She knows her stuff and the massage was therapeutic but also relaxing. Cannot wait to go back!
Have been here twice now to see Julie, and it's been a fantastic experience each time. Julie is amazing in what she does, and always makes me feel really welcome from the beginning. She talks through everything we're doing and makes sure that I'm doing OK throughout. Both times she's really helped my issues right away, so that I feel an immediate difference and benefit. Can't recommend her highly enough to be honest. Well worth the visit, and will definitely be coming back.
Highly recommend the hot stone massage with Daniela Coronado Alvarez. Very relaxing and exactly the refresh I was looking for!
