Excellent hypnobirthing refresher session with Daniela Coronado My husband and I attended a hypnobirthing refresher session with Daniela in preparation for baby #2 arrival. It was a very encouraging session reminding me of all the positives around birth. Daniela is a very kind and empathetic person and equipped us with the right tools. I am a lot calmer in mind and body and feel ready for my birth journey.
Just completed the Pregnancy massage training course which was so great. I learnt so much and felt very supported by both Krista and Gabe as well as the course mates. It was a lovely environment to learn in and I would recommend the course to anyone!
Highly recommended. Attended with my partner for hypnobirthing, as was recommended to us for our first born. My partner has been doing LOTS of research and I felt a little behind in terms of preparation. We attended and from my point of view (the person not having to give birth - but support!) it was very useful. Good discussion, time for questions and general advice also.
