Bonnie creates a safe, warm environment and is caring and attentive. She has given me two massage sessions focusing on my legs and sent helpful exercises for between sessions.
I can't recommend Bonnie highly enough. She listens and takes time to understand what issues there are and does a thorough assessment of them. Issues are also reassessed regularly. She's an absolute life saver for me and without her my shoulder would not be mobile!
Highly recommend Bonnie! Shoulder pain massively improved after one session and exercises given as ongoing support. Her fascial work facilitated deep release and healing. Thoroughly enjoyed my session and felt very pampered. Only issue is no toilet. Will definitely be returning for more as I felt amazing and safe in her hands.
Bonnie is very welcoming and explains everything. I love that she says this space is your space at the beginning so you know it’s OK to put your stuff down or sit where you want. She does a lovely relaxing technique called Jing which is not exactly massage, not yoga, not physio but a kinda mixture of all. It really helped my Muscular problems over just 3 sessions. I was very relaxed and felt flexible and floaty afterwards. Only slight issue is she doesn’t have a toilet in her cabin so you have to make sure you go beforehand.... read more
