Knot Yourself is a wonderful place for self care! So proud of Racheal and her whole team! Tonight I saw Heather and it was restorative and I am feeling better! Thank you!
Just finished a 30 min massage with Heather and it was awesome. Already looking forward to returning next week. Added a sample of infrared sauna and red light therapy and plan to use on a consistent basis.
