The knot muscle work felt nice but was rushed. And, I did not like Paige’s negative energy. She spent the entire session lecturing me about caffeine, childcare, and other advice that I did not ask for. She then acted annoyed when I asked for an itemized receipt. The session said it would be 1 hour but it ended up only being about 30 minutes.
