Exceptionally beautiful work and attention to detail. Stacy helped me select the perfect fabric and was sensitive to my budget. Victor is an artist. They were very sensitive to my schedule when arranging pick up and delivery. Really, just one of those experiences that you wish for, but rarely get.
We hava a specially designed sectional not easy to replace, so we decided instead to get it re-upholstered. Stacey from Knops Upholstery was easy to work with, helpful with ideas and information regarding colors and textures, and accommodating with our interests and concerns. Victor was masterful in the re-upholstering, repairing what was needed in the sectional's structure and then re-covering it expertly with a beautiful fabric we selected. Victor did a beautiful job on my sofa. The cushion is tufted and it never looked so good --- gorgeous precise work in velvet. It is so comfortable now too -- he only uses high quality foam.
