Some smell is common in hallways on both floors. Some days they run out of food for residents. Meals often cold when served. Theft from rooms is common. Many workers are kind and efficient but don't stay. Grounds are well maintained.new flooring in some areas are very nice. They decorate nicely for holidays to make it cheery for residents.
I cannot be more satisfied with this beautiful place. I feel as if we put our father in law here for good reason.
Knollwood continues to provide safe, comfortable, pleasant and friendly care for my loved one. A beautiful, clean and easy to navigate floor plan made this residence a perfect choice. My loved one's room is furnished, spacious, private safe bathing, sunny windows and equipped with personal climate temp control unit. Round the clock CNA care in addition to nursing staff.
