This place was great. I visited during a fireworks event & was blown away by the professionalism, kindness, & how beautiful and welcoming the facility felt!
Knollwood has such a caring and welcoming environment. The staff truly go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, respected, and cared for every day. You can tell they genuinely care about the people who live there. The facility is clean, peaceful, and full of compassionate employees who work hard to create a positive atmosphere for residents and families. Highly recommend!
Knollwood is a clean, safe, and engaging space for seniors to live, develop and socialize with other residents! The staff is very nice and caring!
I’ve had the opportunity to tour Knollwood Assisted Living on multiple occasions and follow along with the community over time. Each visit has been consistently positive—the environment is always clean, peaceful, and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and attentive. I currently work at a skilled nursing facility, and when patients come to us for rehab and are ready for a lower level of care but not quite ready to return home, I always encourage them to meet the team at Knollwood and take a tour. I love Knollwood friendly staff tons of activities. The Fourth of July event they put on every year is AWESOME my whole family joins in the celebration and we all have a blast. One of the best FIREWORK 🎇 displays in the Metro East. 👏
