It is difficult to put in words how much gratitude I have for the entire Knollwood management team and staff. Working with the elderly can be challenging, so having patient staff members that care is very important. Things weren't always perfect, but when issues were brought to their attention, they were corrected immediately. That's all that I could ask for! Thank you!!!!
