Was really wanting to use this law firm, but this is the conversation when I called. Me: “Hey I’m calling to see if y’all do family custody cases” “Is it new or pending?” Me: “It’s new!” “What county is the child in” Me: “He lives in 2 different counties” “Okay well you need to file in the county you live in” Me: “I couldn’t find any good firms in my county which is why I called you all” “OK well it’s $5,000” Me: “That’s fine! How much for a consultation?” “You need to pay $2,500 first” This is very disappointing.
