I wanted to use knoll tax service for my business and first phone call Intake appointment was missed. I decided to give them a second chance with in person visit but was another no show too. I don't want to do business with a company that lacks punctuality or rather show commitment.
Greg is unprofessional. I will not be taking my taxes back here. He actually asked me why I wasn’t vaccinated and proceeded to try to embarrass me asking if I had my polio shot? A business does this to a client. Wow.
