Terrible customer service. There were dents in our newly ordered furniture and the replacement furniture also came with dents and scratches.
Absolutely DISGUSTING service!! Delivered a piece of furniture to my neighbour and smacked into my deck with their truck. My deck has to be re built now. The driver made the comment he didn't think anyone saw and "lets not say anything" to anyone..The driver left without knocking on my door..leaving me a note or anything! I called and spoke to Hardeep (the manager) who apologized and promised to report it to ICBC so I could get my deck repaired..and still has not! Bought a couch from here it arrived damaged, the delivery people put a hole in my buildings hallway and broke an exit sign, the manager of the store Sandeep is a real a**, he actually told my wife she isn't aloud to complain about the cushions which were all a different firmness, all in all I'd never shop there again.
