I went in August 2018 and placed an order for a specific color of yarn, which I prepaid for. It is now September 2019 and I have not yet gotten my yarn. I tried calling asking for updates and they're never able to tell me anything about whether it has been shipped or not. I've also left messages and never gotten a call back. At this point it just feels like a scam, I have given up hope of ever seeing either my yarn or my money back.
RecommendedAs soon as you walk in and see the big family table with friendly folks at different stages of experience levels of knitting, crocheting and needle point. I knew this was the place for me. ♥️
