Terrible firm of solicitors kept a case open over 2 years and still haven’t made any progress what so ever I will be reporting this case to the legal ombudsman every time I attempt to make contact the dedicated person is either busy or on the phone it’s probably a money laundering business or some sort of Dodgey set up. Are these people even real. Going to move the case forward against these criminals. Where’s my money? Regards Alex Sumner

Not great. Receptionist told me i would get a call back (that never happened) when called back regarding my enquiry was told solicitor had not responded to her email and have been out of the office for a week dont know when they will get back!..
Not very professional at all! Had a case with this company to help repair my council home, they got council to come out but when I tried to call them to let them know I had to turn away council because I still have a leak inside! They now can't find my case to get this sorted!! So I'm guessing they have closed my case without letting me know! Even though I signed online for them to do the job and for me to get compensation!
