Very nice guy, but he made my PS5 worse. I have a rare issue where the console was accepting the disc but not reading it. It wasn’t the laser, but another issue. He attempted several things, but I advised to put back as is. He then tells me the ps5 could no longer even accept discs at all. I opened the console when I got home and I noticed screws missing and the ribbons looked a little bent. He still charged for the labor.
