Seems to be very clean and staff I've spoken/interacted with are very kind polite and caring
The entire hallways are covered in fleas, and the people who work in the administration offices will not do anything about it. It takes maintenance anywhere from 4-6 months from when you put in a maintenance request if anything in your apartment breaks. Finally, if anyone who lives there reports any of these safety violations, they are to be evicted. There are rules a landlord needs to follow even in the state of Washington. Could improve a lot!
A lot of these posts are old. This is 2023. I've lived here almost 1 year. Personally I like it. I feel very safe and comfortable. It is clean and maintained. Everyplace has there problems but I feel like the Staff does a good job handling things. With this many people living in a complex there are bound to be conflicts. I have never seen any abuse or disrespect. Personality conflicts between tenants is minimal. What do you expect when you put a bunch of old opionated people together?
