Absolutely zero response related to questions being asked concerning death benefits. Very deceptive work practices all designed not to make payment. The Tennessee council created new accounts for four minors without written nor verbal permission from parents. They refused to address that issue. Recipients of death benefits have been requested to fill out forms. Nope not those forms, new forms need to be filled out. Then weeks later we need additional forms oh sorry not that one this one. Death Claim benefit seems to be designed to avoid payment. I know this to be true because I am working several death benefit claims all with different companies. KoC is the worst. Reps are ill-mannered and won't listen.
I called during Office Hours but there was no one to pick my calls They need to have option 0 or other I called to enquire about uniforms but there was no options for that
It's an office building. Not a place designed to host guests or tourists.
