Absolutely zero response related to questions being asked concerning death benefits. Very deceptive work practices all designed not to make payment. The Tennessee council created new accounts for four minors without written nor verbal permission from parents. They refused to address that issue. Recipients of death benefits have been requested to fill out forms. Nope not those forms, new forms need to be filled out. Then weeks later we need additional forms oh sorry not that one this one.
