Seems the Company has difficutly retaining agents. I've been assigned 5 different agents in 20 years. I had to call the main office to cancel a policy because they terminated 5 agents in my area. I sent my cancelation form to the main office only for it to sit almost 3 months while they kept drafting my account. I saw the last debit from my bank account and I then placed another call to them to find out what was going on. They said that an agent in my area was suppose to follow up with me.
