Place could use some TLC/cleaning!
This place was a pit. It also wasn't clean when we got there and there were things on the wall from the previous party. Found out later this hall doesn't even belong to the Knights of Columbus. It was rented to us by Clinton Penzo at ReMax . So far, it has been a week and no one is returning my phone calls. Buyer beware!
Do not use this hall! The exterior landscaping is overgrown covering the entrance. There is no access from the parking to the front door. Once you park the entry is only through the back door. The doors are peeling paint, dirty and rusted. When you enter you are hit with the smell of urine either from the floor or the bathrooms. We closed the door to the men's room to lessen the smell.
