Very nice people went to orientation and got hired. The Instructor made you feel like they wanted you to work for the company.
Used to work here for about a year. Only worked here to get my experience and leave for a better company. Pay is absolutely horrible it’s pretty disrespectful.. on average I made $700-800 after taxes. Might as well work at McDonalds. I was away for 3-4 weeks at a time and had only 1 day off per week. The yard is an absolute nightmare, good luck even finding parking. We used to park at the street and safety would get mad. Like where are we supposed to park for hometime? The parking in this yard is a nightmare. Drivers drop trailers in the driving lanes cause most of the lot is full of Dole trailers. This yard needs a separate parking lot for them and for the incredible amount of bobtails they have taking up parking spots. They did add useless benches and some column thing instead of expanding the parking. Fantastic!!
