If I could leave -10 I would! Jessie who works there is the most unprofessional person I have come in contact with. I tried to update them and let them know I’m working to get paperwork ect to them and let the know I am working with them! This girl put me on hold several times without saying she was going to … just in the middle of our conversation the hold music would come on . She obviously didn’t know what she was doing. She seems slow Kept talking over me.. She kept telling me they do not work with the insurance company ... read more
