I wish I could give them zero stars. Jess is the worst person to speak to ever!! Kristie is right behind her! I have set up payment arrangements with these people and when I went to update any information and find out why nothing was being taken out of my bank account. I was gaslighted and told I never called and they don't have my bank account on file. So I went online and paid. Then I received papers in the mail and I called again to find out what was going on. Jess, who answers the phone each time I call, is not professional in the least. I offered her some encouragement to which she condescendingly thanked me for. If she is trying to win an award for being the rudest person on the phone she has won 🤣. My morning was so great, until that phone call. I will get over this, but she seriously needs some counseling.
Jessie is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. I was just trying to get clarification a garnishment that I have. I wanted to see how much I owed them vs how much the court said I owed. She didn't even let me finish my sentence, talked over me, and when I said so basically I am sol until you guys get the last chunk of money she says "Well yeah if you want to put it that way." If I could leave -10 I would! Jessie who works there is the most unprofessional person I have come in contact with. I tried to update them and let them know I’m working to get paperwork ect to them and let the know I am working with them! This girl put me on hold several times without saying she was going to … just in the middle of our conversation the hold music would come on . She obviously didn’t know what she was doing. She seems slow Kept talking over me.. She kept telling me they do not work with the insurance company ... read more
