Great Experience! I had an excellent experience with this car rental company. The booking process was easy, the staff was friendly and professional, and the car was clean and in great condition. Pickup and drop-off were quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend and would definitely rent from them again!
Second time the desk agent puts insurance for $19 on the U-Haul when I ask them not to. I specifically said do not add the insurance, yet when I return the car there is the charge again.
