The cat rental experience in Knight Exotic was very good during my trip to Vancouver. The communication with the staff was excellent and the car was clean and smooth for driving. I recommend for renting car from Knight Exotic next time when you are in Richmond or Vancouver.

Incredible customer service (they called me 30min after we landed to make sure we got in okay), provided us with a great rental car, and drove us back to the airport when we returned the car. Small family owned business and would absolutely give them my business again! Highly recommend, outstanding service.
