Great driver & service!
Just seen one of y'all buses run into a median coming through Memphis. Didn't stop or anything. All over the road. I wouldn't recommend anyone to ride or put themselves in harms way.
Our bus driver, Kenny, was the best bus driver I’ve ever had. He got us there safe, within a reasonable time frame and went above and beyond to interact with us on the bus. Our whole bus loved him. Another bus broke down and he went to Lowe’s to get them a part on our way home. He is super nice, the bus is great, nice, clean and we had zero issues.
☆☆☆☆ Horrible Experience This was by far the worst bus ride I’ve ever taken. The seats were so cramped I could barely move, and there was no legroom whatsoever. The air conditioning in the back of the bus was broken, making the entire ride unbearably hot. To top it off, the bus had a foul odor that made it hard to even breathe. During one of our mandatory stops, the driver, CODY, attempted to fix the AC, but instead managed to break the bus completely. This is the worst bus brand I’ve seen since birth. I have been on a knight coach multiple times and it keeps getting worse. To start the trip everyone noticed that the air was blowing heat. We sweated for 4 hours before the driver noticed something was wrong. When we stopped the driver proceeded to check the air. Then he asked our 17 year old students to help fix it. He asked because he thought it was a great idea. Then he proceeded to break the bus and call it unfixable. So now we have to wait 2 hours for a new bus to come ... read more
