Worst repair service EVER! The worst service!EVER! After stringing me along for three days and misleading me into when a very simple repair job would be done, promising after promise, and making me believe they'd do it on time, they failed to do the job or even have the courtesy of letting me know they could or could not do it, costing me lost business opportunity in my trade. They may be polite, but very little professional business service.
Knight Camera, Best business in Vancouver Wa – I have been coming to Knight Camera since for 10 years. As a professional photographer I am so grateful they are here. Just today, to diagnose my damaged camera, they charged me nothing! Every one on staff has a great deal of knowledge and experience. Every time I have come in for help they have been patient. It is a gem, and I believe the best business in town.
Would Definitely Recommend I've had many cameras repaired here- everything for CLA to parts replacement. Time to fix has been everything from a few minutes to a couple of months- this last one due to manufacturer's part on back order.
Knight Camera, Inc. I've had a mixed bag of service at Knight Camera. On one occasion, they were able to identify and correct a problem with a small camera I had. However, since that time I've had my Nikon D40x in twice to order a piece and on both of these occasions, they have failed to call me back with a quote in order for me to continue the process and get the camera fixed. I gave up on them and won't try a third time.
nice They are really nice and helpful. They do not mind spending time to make sure that you understand everything that your camera is capable of. They also have reasonable prices.
