I've had a problem in my shoulder and wrist for a good few years. I started off by visiting a GP which led to physio appointments and steroid injections that didn't help. I then tried acupuncture, various private physios and self diagnosis. Regular massages alleviated the pain for a short while but it always came back. Kneads has a great website and a straightforward booking system; it is easy to browse and find the treatment you want at a convenient time. Payment is equally simple, I have not had any issues paying for my sessions. Karla is an excellent therapist and I always feel great after a sports massage; she also gives tips about posture and stretches to help you out between treatments. An excellent experience all around, ten thumbs up!

I’ve been suffering with a really painful jaw condition and for the first time in days, after my treatment today I feel like I can breathe. Absolutely amazing service and compassions from Karla, and her knowledge of my condition was so welcome. She really took the time to understand, and even messaged me out of hours when I was really having a tough time. Thank you Karla.
Can’t thank Karla enough. Booked in a session for a hip issue as had a running event at the weekend. Her knowledge and expertise is amazing. The intense pain has disappeared and I did the run on Saturday. Thank you.
