I have been going to Regan for years for massage. She is a master at finding the areas that are tight and sore, even the ones I don’t realize are there and making it relaxing all at the same time. Today, I had my first facial ever and it was amazing. Not only did Regan relax my scowling face, she made the puffy dark circles under my eyes disappear. Thank you Regan!

Kneading Vitality is a place of pure zen, such a warm and relaxing environment. I went in for a lash lift and Regan listened to all my concerns and fears. With all of her knowledge she put those concerns to rest. With every service she offers you can depend on a wonderful experience with her. Highly recommended!

Regan listened to my concerns, addressed them and shared her knowledge to help. Kneading vitality is warm and relaxing environment. I knew how much my painful neck needed a massage but I didn't realise how much I needed the relaxation. My neck feels so much better and I look forward to my next massage with Regan.

Regan at Kneading Vitality is an incredible massage therapist. I always leave feeling like my muscles have been given a luxurious vacation. She listens to what you need and adjusts, giving a truly customized massage experience. She helps me with migraines, low back pain, post-surgical muscle pain, and stress relief. Regan is knowledgeable, empathetic, skilled, and always learning. I cannot recommend Kneading Vitality enough!

It was such a relaxing and warm experience. The location is in the lower level of a house- so it felt homey and comfortable! The massage room has the perfect amount of light, smelled very pleasant, and the music selection was relaxing. Regan is talented, professional, and relatable.
