Awful massage, waste of money! – Background: I've had many massages, and am trained therapist myself. I felt this spa was misleading. I went in for a "Stress buster" I specifically needed some relief from carpal tunnel. I walked into that massage in pain, and left in pain. The therapist gave me a typical spa massage, rubbed oil on me with very little pressure. When she did apply pressure, she didn't know how to do it, she seemed to have very little knowledge of the muscles, she used her elbows and knuckles, it felt like I wa... read more
Great customer service – I like the accessibility of this business for those of us on the West End. Massage is what they do, and they do it well. I can usually make an appointment fairly quickly, and each masseuse has been very accommodating to me. I also have been given useful information from several of them which suggests to me that they are very knowledgeable!
