Had some me time this morning with Mei, and hour of deep tissue massage with hot stones and cupping, tension in back and neck relieved. All muscles were grateful for the attention recieved, Mei was able to find the sore spots and deliver relief to taut muscles. A great massage , she always gets into the taut muscles and knots , very much worth while.
