Had an appointment here just the other day. The massage itself was nice was NOT amazing but nice however the front desk not friendly not welcoming at all and it is EXTREMELY unprofessional and puts a lot of pressure on the customer to ask for tipping for the RMT. They claim these appointments and and its paid out also via private insurances. So wrong to make any customer coming for a medical need to pay for a tip and the amounts prompted is just ridiculous.

This experience is worth every penny. The space is beautiful and it is a relaxing experience that makes you feel pampered. The massage therapists did an amazing job on my feet, but also focused on legs, arms, hands, shoulders and neck. I could actually feel tension leaving my head and shoulders while they applied pressure to specific parts of my feet. I will definitely return.

My sister and I had a group booking today and we were both blown away with our experience. The team is friendly, punctual, and we feel soooo relaxed. We both had a feet reflexology session and I’ll absolutely be back again, such a special experience!

I developed a rash on the skin around my mouth after a RMT buccal massage. After two weeks the redness is still present. I’m not sure if I was sensitive to the scented towels or pressure used but am really disappointed with my last experience and will not be returning or recommending.

Had a 60 min face massage with Sheldon and he was amazing. Friendly, made me feel very comfortable, and consistently ensured that the pressure was right. Bring exact change if you intend to pay with cash! Unfortunately, today they only had $5 bill so I had to pay with credit card with the extra service charge. With PBC, I still had to pay $47 privately so it is definitely a luxurious experience, but I can see myself coming back once in a while!
