Very bad place to be as truck driver. If you load is ready (pre-loaded) your good, Because you have to deal with them. Shipping office staff are un-trained with ugly attitude
3 hours Loading time
Knauf pumps pollution out into the city of Shelbyville. This is not okay.
Bought blanket insulation, but these bags were dragged around a factory warehouse without pallets, and the edges are shredded, making installation difficult and look bad. Try setting them on pallets, or at least put a piece of cardboard on the bag bottom, so the insulation don't get shredded.
Wish there was a way to give 0 stars. Upon arrival the shipping office determined that they loaded the wrong trailer, so I would have to be live load...ok...no big deal. It took over 2 hours for them to load me, just to tell me that I had to go to plant 1 to get the rest of the load....ummmm ok....so the little man at plant 1 told me I had to wait another half an hour because he was busy....after the said time, I went back into the shipping office and this little man tried to tell me I was late for my appointment...look I ha... read more
