they did my father's taxes for years. when he died they messed up the filing on his ohio taxes. they submitted incorrect information. we did not receive his refund. they basically abandoned us to figure it out with the ohio tax authorities. they seem overwhelmed with unsatisfactory customer service.
Such a wonderful place, the people are very knowledgeable and very helpful. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Please give them a chance to help you with your taxes!
