KMTelecom came out to install community lines two weeks ago with no notice. I caught the men working outside and I said do what you have to do in the easement but do not come past the sidewalk and dig. The next day they dug by my tree and killed my Hosta plant walking on it. I work from home, so it is important to have a reliable internet company. Whenever I have had an issue (which has not been often at all in the last five years), they fix the problem very quickly. My parents live in Byron and wish they could get KMTel too. They also added a channel to their lineup that I have been requesting, and they called me to tell them it was added!
