Had what seems to me a very simple request and she was dumbfounded an bewildered at it. Plus went to her office during business hrs an wasnt there so I called an it took over 30+hr for a call back. Not impressed at all
Estimated taxes calculated resulted in a penalty of hundreds of dollars. Called to help get resolved never heard back.
I had a very unique experience I needed some help with and I had already called several accounting businesses with no resolution. Kim wasn't able to deal with my situation (Estate/Probate/Capital Gains tax filing), but took the time to speak with me and even recommended another business that would be able to help. She was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with.
