We dropped off our taxes on April 1st and were told we were cutting it close and "may" need to file an extension. No big deal...except that turned into telling us they wouldn't be done until the beginning of June, then they said mid July and then it was by the beginning of August. Finally, we went and just picked up our paperwork. Nobody had even started on working on them! Very unprofessional and disheartening. A little honesty goes a long way!
