First and foremost, Steve Kmiec is an outstanding attorney that stands by his word and gives you more than 100%. Steve represented me in a Workers Compensation claim. I first started my claim with an attorney I'd rather not mention because bad publicity is still publicity, he couldn't handle the case (what a putz and put my claim in major jeopardy).
