For months my Civic vibrated and sounded like a mini tractor after being serviced by my dealership. I was told first that it was my fault because of an aftermarket exhaust tip (that had been there for years), then told that they could fix it, then told it was actually “normal” all along when they couldn’t fix it. I had an absolutely amazing experience here, my car was fixed within 2 days which was much faster than I expected. Mike took the time to explain everything clearly which I really appreciated since I don’t know much about cars and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything that was being done. Pricing was fair and the whole process was smooth and stress free, I’ll definitely be back for anything car related so I highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest, reliable and efficient service.
Took my car to Mike today and he was friendly honest and very helpful with my car, he sorted the problem out very quickly and I left happy after just a few hours.
Excellent service . From out of town and they fixed our 2018 Tuson. Engine light came on. Did a diagnostic found the issue right away. Expert advise and was honest and reasonable repair cost. Would recommend this Vehicle repair shop.
