Very good company. The owner is a stickler for good service.Taxes---They did a very good job for me.
Highly professional but missing in personal touch with their own staff. There is large turnover of staff members, due to the impossible demands of the owner CFO. Employees are tested to make sure they are not misfits then fired if the fit is not good. How can they succeed when they are treating their own team like trained rats. Not a good karma there at all. Makes one think that the work they do is not up to snuff. I would run not walk from their business! Mind blowing gimmicks to twist independent thinkers there.
Ive been a client of kmd for 20 years and have had NOTHING less than excellent, professional, courteous, and reliable service all these years. Ive recommended kmd to friends and clients many times always with positive outcomes. Not once has anyone complained to me about or had a negative comment about this business. The owner is very well versed in financial matters and is a person of incredibly high morals and business standards.
