I love KMart and surprisingly KMart hub have a fantastic range of products. I expected the store to be smaller with limited ranges of products. I was completely wrong. The prices are really affordable. Looking at children's gifts today, I was amazed at the kids craft section and the prices were great. If you need clothes, toys, books, household goods just to mention a few types of goods, go to Kmart Hub in Belmore street. I've been there a few times and got a few things for my place. The staff helpful
Just tried to put through an order. Used pay pal but the website stopped working but still charged me. Finally found the number to call Kmart through my banking app. Could hardly hear call centre person. Told me I had to wait for the refund to be processed before trying to order anything again which will be 7-10 days. Not the first time I've had issues with Kmart online. Again a big Westfarmers company too big to fail with poor services for customers, more interested trying to get us to sign up for Onepass or Flybuys. KMART ... read more
Hate to leave bad reviews but lately the service has been shocking from multiple staff members. If I’ve needed to refund or exchange goods which Kmart pride themselves as a company that provides such service, every staff member I’ve dealt with was very reluctant in doing so and very rude about it. The store also doesn’t have a great range of stock, will try my best to shop elsewhere or even drive to wang if I need a Kmart visit.
