Definitely the best Kmart in Ipswich, compared to Riverlink it is the best Kmart, stuff isn’t everywhere and the place isn’t a mess, neat and tidy, and you don’t feel trapped. Definitely recommend
Really kind service at the counter, made my night
The one star is for the store manager who actually listened and agreed with me that the staff need more training. After going in today to return a queen bed quilt cover which actually didnt fit my queen sized duvet, it turn from an easy fix to a full vlown argument with the so called dept manager Gemma who basically came out for an argument. Now like i said i understand you cant return bedding unless there is a fault or not fit for purpose which she didnt seem to understand. I tried to explain to her but she just kept talkin... read more
Wonderful service from your store at Yamanto today. Young man “Zac” Searched the whole store trying to find me a White plant stand the system said that they had. I really appreciate the effort he went to so I could leave with the product I went in there for. Also great service at the register where a lady served me at 1:12pm. Thank you for a the wonderful service.
