Something needs to change. Every time I go in there are stock trolleys everywhere. Tonight was the worst I've seen it. I love shopping at Kmart but it is becoming the worst shopping experience.

I have worked retail before and understand stores get messy and need to be clean. However Yamato Kmart is absolutely disgusting. So much stock placed in the wrong spot, missing tags, no organisation whatsoever in the bedding area or beauty area. I have never seen a store so filthy and unorganised. Staff were hard to locate and were also quite rude.
Manager needs to act together. 4 times I called half hour on phone. Each time I called they hang up without speaking to you, leaving you on hold then just hang up. This is not the first time this has happened afyer the 4th time you deserve for others to hear about your service. I'll call head office instead as it was to do woth a safety recall product at your stores .
