Everything you need at Yomanto central
One staff member for the entire check out. If the self serve doesn't work, you have to wait to get help. That's if the staff member doesnt give you attitude for asking for help. Meanwhile they've got one staff member checking receipts to make sure you paid after you had to scan all your own items. Such a big company but you have to do the work. Won't be surprised if you have to stack shelves for them before you can shop.
Compared to other Kmarts this one feels completely different. I'm only writing this review because it's my local and it is convenient for me to come in and hopefully someone from management actually reads these. First off. The cleanliness of the store needs to change. It has massive stains all over the floors, especially in the back corner. There are massive black stains in areas, especially back left of the store. Very poor customer service and discrimination from a very matured worker. The younger workers work in a very professional way compared to this.
One of my favourite shops kmart...always great bargins to be found...friendly staff
