Disappointing Exchange Experience at Kmart Wynnum My recent attempts to exchange a gift at Kmart Wynnum were incredibly frustrating and a waste of my time. I visited the store with the original receipt for an undamaged item, expecting a straightforward exchange. Really bad Kmart compared to other locations.
Love it all good stuff and cheap
This store will constantly refuse to open a manned checkout despite Kmart telling their customers that if they make a request then a manned checkout will be opened. It wouldn’t annoy me so much if I wasn’t getting my receipt scrutinised by the staff at the front to make sure I’m not a thieve after providing free labour to your store. Poor form
