Learn Kmart’s Refund Policy!!! I cannot believe the way I was treated at Kmart Wynnum. I went to return an item, with the receipt and still in its original packaging. The only difference was that I had purchased it with my old phone’s Apple Wallet, so the card number didn’t match. No big deal, right? Went to Kmart and the register manager Matthew was such an amazing help with finding the products I needed and also assisting with the self checkout machine after it ran out of paper, cannot wait to come back to Kmart Wynnum thanks to Matt!
