Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service at Kmart – Toy Department Manager “Wanger” I recently experienced what I would describe as the worst customer service I have ever encountered at Kmart, specifically from the Toy Department Manager, Wanger. I approached Wanger with a simple inquiry—whether a certain toy product might be available in the back storage area.
