Been waiting at the customer service desk for the 15 minutes. Service button pressed twice during this time. Nobody has even acknowledged that I'm waiting. Very poor service. When the attendant finally came, they joked about their being too lazy to get up being the cause of the wait. Not funny in the slightest. Glad everyone else's time is of 0 importance.
As a frequent customer of Kmart Woodridge and a former store co-owner of my own, I feel compelled to acknowledge the exceptional service consistently provided by Pieta and Igor. Excellent customer service and atmosphere
Staff need better training so do the managers. I did and after pay order online the pants weren't in . I went did and instore order for different pants then proceeded to get my online order I asked them to cancel the pants . I did on my end . But they still didn't cancel it on there end so now I'm stuck with the pants I can't afford not happy . Even tho I got pants on separate order .
Disappointing experience with Kmart's mattress protector. I purchased a 'Q size' protector, assuming it would fit my queen-sized bed, but to my surprise, it didn't. The measurements were off, and I was left with a protector that doesn't fit my mattress. What's worse, I wasn't aware of Kmart's return policy for mattress protectors, which makes it even more frustrating.
