Exceptional customer service. We were there before Christmas to buy a Christmas tree at the 11th hour. The staff and manager Dave managed to give us the last display Christmas tree in the window with all the decorations. So nice to get old fashioned customer service - something which has been so lacking by many retailers of late. We will definitely go back again, the warmth and friendliness of the staff will not be forgotten.
Great store. Friendly staff. Big variety of products especially during Christmas, Easter and Halloween.
I had a weird experience here, no example of an item I was interested in buying (a glass tea maker I did buy after) was available so I opened up a box to check if the product suited me. Standard situation yeah? OMG a guy came running over and aggressively said what I was doing could get me in trouble and I was only allowed to open a box after purchase. So now If you want something you just have to hope it's right for you with no way of verifying? Common sense does not apply it seems

Sour, short and rude young lady "assisted" me with a return at the service counter. yesterday morning. Had a receipt, bc the electrical item just stopped working after a month but she insisted to know "what was wrong with it". Presented my card for the credit to be put back on it and she rudely chided " IS THIS THE CARD ENDING IN ***?"
