Sour, short and rude young lady "assisted" me with a return at the service counter. yesterday morning. Had a receipt, bc the electrical item just stopped working after a month but she insisted to know "what was wrong with it". Presented my card for the credit to be put back on it and she rudely chided " IS THIS THE CARD ENDING IN ***?" Your standard Kmart experience in most senses. Staff are friendly generally and service is pretty good. Stock is pretty good for a rural store. The plaza its set in is pretty decent
Had my 7 year old cousin wanted something to buy with his vouchers but didn’t know how much he had when a young worker named Nelson came and gave us awesome customer service and helped as much as he could, should definitely give him a pay raise would come back just to see Nelson and give him a coffee for his help.
