Stock isn't always available (even if says in stock on website). Have found that some of the plus toys have dust layers on them. Shelves mostly empty. There are 1 or 2 staff that a friendly and willing to assist you and the rest (the older lady on register) can be rude. And to top it off, don't even both trying to call as they never answer their phone.
I was very unhappy with my experience today as I asked a staff member named Tracey for help and she was extremely unhelpful and seemed to not have any knowledge of what products the store sells, she was also sitting down on a step stool with products all over the floor and cages in the way around her which I thought was very unprofessional. Overall a very negative experience
Horrendous service from the female cashier on Saturday 2/5 around 3pm. If you’re not bothered to help customers then give your job position to someone who can help!
