Went into this store at approximately 5.30pm 17/2/26. Young man on the door was very helpful and went out of his way to help us. Went to the section that the product was we wished to buy, no price on the shelf so there was 2 young girls getting instructions from an older lady, asked for help, the young girls were more than willing to help, got to the checkout with our product and the young girl on the front end went out of her way to help as we do not use self serve but there was no other option so with her help our item was... read more
Went into Kmart today and—oh my goodness—the polite young gentleman standing at the door (I think his name tag said Casey) was absolutely wonderful. He was so welcoming and friendly, and he kindly guided me in the right direction to find exactly what I needed. Kmart has done an excellent job recruiting this young man. He truly made my visit a great shopping experience. He definitely has a bright future ahead of him.
One of the worst kmarts i have ever been to. Products all over the shop have to spend 10 minutes looking for the item you want as there is no organisation and half there shelves are empty they have nothing in stock. Would not recommend this store and definitely will not be back.
Messy areas, especially the clothing racks and beauty section. Plenty of staff around but I was shocked at the state of dishevelment, even things on the floor. I hate to have to mention it at all but it's getting worse.
Walked into K-Mart Boxing Day to be greeted by a tall young lad named Peter. He was so polite greeting us & always has excellent Customer Service. You hired well K-Mart Whyalla.
